Taking a position at Camp Shady Brook sets you up to influence hundreds of kids, many of whom need guidance and are looking for a role model just like you. Many of our campers may struggle with the societal pressures of adolescence, peer pressure, and bullying. A position on the CSB team is an opportunity to help young people build character, discover who they are and become who they want to be. You can show each camper that being your honest, original self is the best way to live, and that always showing kindness and understanding to others is how they can make the world a better place.
