Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Southeast & Armed Services YMCA offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy.
We make military life easier by providing programs and services to the young men and women of all five armed services: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. The Armed Services Y provides free or low-cost youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility programs for junior enlisted military & their families to make military life easier.

Members can access any location in the Pikes Peak Region or across the nation with our Y-Away program. Membership at the Y provides access to pools, over 400 FREE group exercise classes, racquetball courts, nationally-certified personal trainers as well as specialty programs including Les Mills, TRX, Synrgy 360 and triathlon training. Members also receive discounts on programs such as youth sports, Camp Shady Brook and swim lessons with our Family Program Package.
Any member can bring a guest who can utilize a facility one time for free. Each additional visit for that guest will be $10. Any guest over the age of 16 needs to bring in a photo ID with their date of birth on it.

Learn & Play, previously known as Child Watch, offers 2.5 hours of curriculum-based play and activities in a caring and safe environment that is free to our members while they are in the facility. For more information on Learn & Play, click here.

As a nanny for children of YMCA families, one must complete the Contact Information Form, provide a valid photo ID and receive a Nanny Pass at the Front Desk before utilizing the facility. A recurring monthly fee of $10 will be added to the YMCA member account to accommodate for the nanny pass.
